When I realized this a few years ago my entire life changed. It changed the way I looked at myself, at others around me but maybe the biggest change is that I’m the happiest I have ever been before. I think it was one of the most important lessons in my life when I learned that it’s not selfish to do what it best for myself.
CALM is my way of taking care of myself and an important part of my self-care moments during the day. It’s a way to unwind or to take a little break.
